Co-Founder and Managing Director
Matt Abeles is co-founder and managing director of BuiltWorlds Media, an online media and events company that burst onto the scene in 2014, disrupting the built environment and all those who work and innovate within. As a thought leader on real estate, finance, and the fast-moving technologies transforming design, construction, and development, Abeles oversees BuiltWorlds’ expanding outreach to established and emerging industry players committed to pushing our industry forward.
A frequent public speaker, moderator and event organizer, he has played a leading role in events across the U.S. for the Construction Owners Association of America, the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, the AEC Hackathon, World of Concrete, the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Northwestern University, the University of Washington, Texas A&M and more. Those dozens of events, mostly at BW headquarters in Chicago, but also on the road in Seattle, New York, California, Texas, Ohio, and elsewhere, have afforded Abeles continuing opportunities to spread the BW gospel — advocating for a more collaborative, constructive and creative way of ensuring a more sustainable, efficient, and smarter future.
Vice President of Operations
Lawrence oversees Mosaic Learning's Multimedia, Instructional Design, Software and Mobile Application Development and Project Management teams.
Prior to Mosaic Learning, Lawrence served as Executive Director of Product Operations for Laureate Education Inc. and spent 13 years overseeing hundreds of new product launches and improving internal processes for numerous higher education institutions in the Laureate network. Over the years, he has developed and taught courses in organizational behavior, operations management, marketing, communication and negotiations at numerous universities. Prior to his work in education, Lawrence was in sales in the software and advertising industries.

Started my United Association career in Monaca, PA in 1976. Participated locally as an instructor teaching OSHA, Medical Gas, HVAC Systems and Controls, EPRI Advanced Rigging, Plumbing Codes & Installation, and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA).
Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Education. Currently work for the UA International Training Fund as a Training Specialist for the UA Training Department. Primary responsibilities include HVACR curriculum development and Sustainable Technology updates. Support ITF efforts to create and develop curriculum using the latest technological advances such as 360°, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality.
Professional memberships include ASHRAE and USGBC holding a current LEED AP credential.
Josh Bone, CM-BIM

For more than a decade Josh Bone has been implementing, training and presenting construction technology solutions to AEC&O (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owners) professionals.
Having worked with some of the top technology leaders in the industry, Josh specializes in identifying best practices and methodologies for integrating BIM and mobile applications into everyday workflows. Josh started his career working with design teams, then transitioned into helping construction professionals leverage technology in both the preconstruction and construction phases. Josh has served as manager, director and VP of consulting and business development at companies like Design Integrations, Inc., Graphisoft and SmartUse. His most notable projects include the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases headquarters, the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention Laboratory Building 23, and Fort Sam Houston facilities for the U.S. Army. These projects involved planning and modeling for 500,000 to over 1,000,000 square feet of space.
Skilled in emerging software/application options forming the future of BIM, Josh is a proven leader in the best practices and methodology for integrating technology into everyday workflows for the AEC community.
Starting with (3D) coordination to generating (4D) schedules and (5D) quantities from models, Josh has delved deep into the BIM process. In addition, he’s had the opportunity to share this knowledge with audiences and publications across the U.S. as a frequent professional speaker and guest editorial contributor.
GM, Advanced Solutions Group

Jeff DiLullo joined United Rentals in 2017 and currently leads its Advanced Solutions Group. Prior to joining United Rentals, he served as Vice President, Sales Strategy & Operations, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was responsible for overall sales strategy, planning, and field operations for the Americas. Prior, Jeff served as Vice President, Sales Operations, where he led sales transformation initiatives globally for HPE. Prior to joining HPE, Jeff held numerous executive and leadership positions at both Avaya, and Dell, Inc., serving in sales, sales operations, sales platform transformation, and supply chain functions.
DiLullo also served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. His assignments included leadership in various Infantry units, including Ranger and Airborne assignments, and he fulfilled both operations planning and tactical leadership roles in several operating theaters. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Labor Relations Manager
David Marko is the Labor Relations Manager for Kiewit Power, North America’s number one builder of gas fired power plants and also the largest employer of direct hire union craft. Mr. Marko also serves as President of the North America Contractors Association, NACA.
